We are an Australian business based in Melbourne, shipping from local warehouses.

This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service, Refund & Returns Policy, and Pre-Order Policy.

DISPATCH

The Booster Bear aims to pack and dispatch all orders efficiently and securely.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day
  • Many in-stock orders are dispatched same day where possible

Dispatch timeframes apply to in-stock items only and exclude pre-orders.

Dispatch times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

Standard Shipping

  • Carrier: Australia Post
  • Delivery: 2–7 business days
  • Cost: $10 flat rate (tracked) - free for order over $150

Express Shipping

  • Carrier: Australia Post
  • Delivery: 1–2 business days
  • Cost: $15 flat rate (tracked) - free for order over $500

RISK & DELIVERY

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery to the nominated address or upon collection.

The Booster Bear is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Incorrect delivery details provided at checkout
  • Loss or damage after confirmed delivery

However, we will assist in lodging investigations with the carrier where possible.

SHIPPING DELAYS & ISSUES

Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

If you experience an issue:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation
  • We will assist in investigating with the carrier

To avoid delays, please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard International

  • Carrier: Australia Post
  • Delivery: 2–4 weeks (estimated)

DHL Express

  • Delivery: 2–5 business days (estimated)

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

All international orders:

  • May be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • Are not included in shipping costs

The Booster Bear is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
