Refund policy

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

The Booster Bear Pack may, at its discretion, accept returns for change of mind, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
  • Item must be suitable for resale
  • Request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

If approved:

  • A restocking and administration fee of up to 7% may be applied
  • Fee will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Refunds issued via original payment method where possible

The Booster Bear Pack reserves the right to refuse returns where items:

  • Have been opened, used, or damaged
  • Are not in resalable condition
  • Fall outside the return window

Change of mind returns are discretionary and not guaranteed.

CONSUMER GUARANTEES (IMPORTANT)

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective
  • Is not as described
  • Is not fit for purpose

Where a major failure occurs, you may choose:

  • Refund, or
  • Replacement

Where a minor failure occurs, we may choose:

  • Repair, replacement, or refund

RETURN TIMEFRAMES

We encourage contact within 7 days of delivery.

However:

Valid claims under Australian Consumer Law may be accepted beyond this timeframe.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We will provide a remedy where:

  • Item is defective
  • Item is damaged in transit
  • Incorrect item was supplied

Minor packaging issues are not considered defects.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of item and packaging
  • Description of issue

We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.

If approved:

  • Return instructions will be provided
  • Shipping label may be provided where required

ASSESSMENT PROCESS

Returned items will be inspected.

Where approved, we will offer:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund

REFUND METHOD

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may take up to 30 days
  • Refunds processed in AUD
  • The Booster Bear not responsible for exchange rate differences

SHIPPING COSTS

If return is due to:

  • Faulty product
  • Incorrect item

SEALED PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Due to the nature of trading cards:

  • No guarantee of pull rates or contents
  • Opened products cannot be returned unless faulty


OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If an item becomes unavailable:

We may:

  • Refund the item, or
  • Provide an alternative

For low-value singles:

  • We may refund and ship remaining items without prior contact

ABUSE & FRAUD

We may refuse refunds where:

  • Claims are fraudulent
  • Items have been tampered with or swapped
  • Policy is being abused
